After being fired by the president, Sarah Adwoa Safo, the former minister of gender, children, and social protection, has finally been spotted in public with President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
On Wednesday, April 19, 2023, Akufo-Addo and his former minister for gender equality met for the opening of the first phase of a state-of-the-art police barracks in Kwabenya.
The president and Adwoa Safo’s first encounter was captured on camera at the ceremony.
As they can be seen greeting each other, it appears like the two have put their differences behind them. They shook hands tightly while conversing and grinned broadly.
